Where are you located?
We work out of our Perth Office in Welshpool.
Our team specialists are available to all community members via appointment. We work closely with a range a couriers to ensure fast and accessible access to our mobility products and services all across regional areas.
Should I book an appointment?
Yes absolutely. Booking an appointment ensures that we can have one on one time with each individual to create a plan best suited to you.
What are you Delivery Options?
We offer a range of options to best suit out clients individual requirements.

2. Boxed Delivery Option
3. Pre Assembled Delivery Option.
Having a product pre Assembled means that it will arrive at your location fully assembled and in working order.
* Pre assembled options are available for metro and regional based on case by case basis.
Do you offer an Installation Service for your products?
For customers who wish to purchase directly from our show room we do offer an option to purchase pre assembled.
We do offer boxed Delivery for products being couriered. If you would prefer your items to be couriered pre assembled then we will work with you on a case to case basis.
What do I do if my product is faulty?
Please contact us as soon as possible. We will launch an investigation into your product and warranty status. We will aim to find a resolution for you as soon as possible to fix, replace or refund your item if possible.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
Yes, we have a 30 day Chane of Mind Return Policy. We will happily refund or replace a product within 30 days with the following requirements.
The product is returned in a resalable condition in its original packaging. This product must be unaltered and non damaged. Please make your request via email and provide a receipt of proof of purchase.
Please note the refund does not include charges for any delivery or service costs and you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
What is the warranty on my Products?
Our products all have a minimum 12 month warranty (excluding batteries). Please reach out to our customer service team and they will happily explain the warranties for each of your chosen products.
