Delivery
How long will my delivery take?
We are open Monday through to Friday and orders can be only be dispatched on those days. Our couriers work to ensure fast and efficient delivery. Any unavoidable delays will be communicated.
Do you ship Internationally?
We currently only ship domestically. If you have an international courier organised we can make arrangements with your courier to have your items shipped to you.
Returns
Can I return a product?
Yes, If your order does not meet your satisfaction you are welcome to return your order to us within 30 days of purchase in it’s original packaging. Please note any used items cannot be returned due to hygiene policies.
Return costs are at the expense of the customer.
What to do with a faulty product?
If you receive a product that is faulty please let us know at your earliest convenience along with your receipt. We ensure to look into any issues with our products and ensure you receive the quality you purchased.
How long is my warranty?
The warranty time period depends of the product that has been purchased and begins the day your products are delivered.
